
In 2024, MKK project staff participated in four capacity-building sessions focused on sharing teaching experiences, report writing, and stress management at Smile School and Hanchey Bamboo Resort. These sessions aimed to enhance staff quality and capacity while maintaining well-being and effective self-control. Staff engaged actively, gaining valuable insights for their daily work and strengthening team relationships.

46 staff members attended various workshops and training courses to improve their capacity for project implementation and office management. Key topics included taxation, labor law, e-filing, project management, and financial management. Participants learned about compliance requirements, document retention, grant management, promoting labor law awareness, local government compliance, tax accounting, bookkeeping with QuickBooks, e-filing, taxpayer obligations and rights, CV writing, interviewing skills, and Cambodia's education system. They also received training on BSDA’s program, budgeting, activity tracking, financial reporting, and addressing challenges and solutions.
