The ISAF project conducted three Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions, covering Module 1 to Module 4 (M1 to M4), for Community Action Facilitators (CAFs) at the district level across seven districts in Kampong Cham and Kampong Chhnang Provinces. There were 55 participants (32 women), including 43 CAFs (34 women).

The trainings focused on raising awareness among citizens about I4C, emphasizing their rights and standards, understanding supply-side performance and open budgeting, utilizing community scorecards, self-assessing supply-side processes, and understanding single-interface and multi-interface meetings.
Additionally, participants learned how to create Joint Action and Accountability Plans (JAAPs) to integrate into Commune Investment Plans (CIPs) and District Investment Works (DIWs).

These training sessions were held at Smile School's meeting hall in Kampong Cham Province and at BSDA’s sub-office in Kampong Chhnang Province. Following these trainings, the CAF leaders are now clear the process to develop action plans for continued training at the commune level. CAFs are currently prepared to effectively implement M1, M2, M3, and M4 in their communities.
