The Buddhism for Social Development Action Organization (BSDA) held the Annual Staff Reflection Meeting to review progress, discuss challenges, set new plans, and develop team building. The meeting conducted over three-days and two-nights, from June 5th to 7th 2024, at Preah Sihanouk Province. A total of 77 staff members attended, including 43 females, from Hanchey Bamboo Resort (HBR), Smile Restaurant (SR), and NGO’s staff. The main purposes of the annual staff reflection meeting are referred to:

Bring staff together to share experiences and concerns met.

Provide feedback and reflections to management and staff on organizational development, including good governance, relationship and communication, financial management, accountability and transparency, quality assurance, and effective human resources management.

Enhance relationships between management and ordinary staff while creating a fun and engaging atmosphere.

Offer staff the opportunity to review and amend BSDA’s by-laws and policies.

Promote team building among staff and the management team.
